thank you! I somehow didn't pay attention to that was two plants, I just saw variegated and the hibiscus together and thought it was really pretty.
You have 2 spottings here. It's a bit deceiving because that flower belongs to the leafy branch in the back. That's a Hibiscus. The main plant is a Variegated Schefflera - Schefflera arboricola 'variegata'.
