Probably an early instar of the cricket.Lovely colors!!
Thanks Karen and Auntie! I wrote in the description I knew it was a species of tree cricket, I just don't know the actual species. I am pretty confident of the genus Oecanthus. Could be it, Auntie. I did not see the characteristic red marking on the "head"
