Description:

caterpillar about 3-4 cm long, bright red head, body mottled greens and yellow (like army camouflage) and covered with hairs, whitish about .5 cm long. did not identify the plant.

Habitat:

Tropical farm-bush, rural village in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
