Field Notes

Description:

The focus of this spotting is not the leaves, which are from a hibiscus plant, but on the funny yellow bumps in the leaves. My teacher tells me that it is some kind of bug parasite that lives in the leaf during its larvae stages and emerges later, but she didn't tell me the name.

Habitat:

Small grassy area in suburbs.
