Habitat:

This was growing in a mixed hardwood/hemlock forest dominated by sugar maple, american beech, and eastern hemlock.

Species ID Suggestions

Indeed they are. The gill shot was taken a day later when the light was very different, but the largest fruiting body in the spore picture is the the largest from the upper surface picture!
the two pictures arent of the same fungi are they?
