Could be one of the next Mycena: crocata, inclinata or polygramma.
@gull.moy - because no striations on cap ? Giuseppe I can't get that website; I will try tomorrow.
It's not Coprinellus, but Mycena is a possibility.

Hi giuseppe... welcome to Project Noah. If you want to identify fungi most of the information is below the cap. You should always try to get pictures of the complete stem and the gills or pores under the cap. Without that information I can only say that this is probably a coprinellus or maybe mycena species.
