I want to say the family is Plantaginaceae and the genus is Veronica, but I all the species I have ever seen have blue flowers. If that top petal is slightly shorter than the rest, it's almost guaranteed, though. Still, without size comparison or a good shot of the leaves, it is much harder to determine. Do you have any other shots?
