Field Notes

Description:

This inchworm had some sort of passenger/parasite on it. I'm pretty sure it i not an injury because it kept wriggling around trying to get it off, but the parasite stayed on its back. My best guess is that it was parasitized by a chalcid wasp

Habitat:

In some moist plant debris in my back yard
