Description:

Photographed at night, this spider is very dark brown / black with a small abdomen / thorax and long legs. This specimen measured around 45 mm across from tip to tip - note the brick for scale (brick height = 76 mm).

Habitat:

Found at night on a brick wall near bush land in north of Tasmania.
