yes is the golfina, leatherbacks are completely different
You may also want ot change the catagory to reptile.
well I believe it one of two species known to nest on Cabo beaches. The Olive Ridley (Lepidochelys olivacea), also known as the golfina, nests June through to December. and the Leatherbacks (Dermochelys coriacea), that nest November through February. So if your photo dates are right they maybe the Golfina.
