I agree with Ashley. First photo: Three White-throated Sparrows, Zonotrichia albicollis , and a Fox Sparrow, Passerella iliaca, on the left. Second photo: Three American Goldfinches, Spinus tristis.

First photo is a fox sparrow and white-throated sparrows, second photo has at least 1 American goldfinch, can't see the other two very well
