Field Notes

Description:

The largest hoods are about 2cm. Slightly slimy at first but dried over the week

Habitat:

Very unexpectedly over a hundred of these grew among a sparse, heavily trafficked bit of lawn. It was during a week of rain and cloud and they were there the whole week but sustained sun took them. Coastal sandy loam with salt-laden winds

Notes:

they were there during a wet week 7 7 2010 to 13 7 2010
