I dont believe so Mark. There are no white spots & the back of the eyes are a bit different too. I was looking at Steelblue Bluebottle (Chrysomya saffranea), a female, but I wasn't convinced on that either.

Looks like a "Sheep Blowfly Lucilia cuprina" might be wrong but looks very alike.
