Welcome to Project Noah! I didn't know if you were thinking about the other things in the pot. The moss looks like a common type (my pots end up like that too :) but it has 'flowered' as well. Might be Hypnum, 'Sheet moss' but it's hard to tell with mosses unless you have a super close-up shot or a microscope.
It is some sort of moss, but I have no idea what it is. Thanks for your comment!
