Fulgoridae, Pyrops maculatus. According to the link it should be Maculatus not Maculata as mentioned in other links. http://www.flickr.com/photos/32837851@N05/11592360503 http://garytsphotos.zenfolio.com/p715275565/h343E74C0#h343e74c0 Pyrops is masculin, so it is Maculatus.
