Description:

I half stepped on it when i came into my kitchen. Luckily it wasn't dead and after I took some pictures it recovered and walked away by itself. I think it is some kind of beetle larvae, I hope somebody here can help me out.

Habitat:

Tropical rainforest, carribean.

Agree with Livan, either Lycidae or Lampyridae.

I think it is safe to say it is a beetle larvae and that it is most likely a firefly or net winged beetle larvae, putting it safely in the Superfamily Elateroidea. That would be my guess.
