It may be a Fan-throated lizard. Sitana ponticeriana The design on the back makes me think along this line...plus the dark blue strip down the throat which may be the fan (collapsed state). Just guessing. But good luck with your ID. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sitana_ponticeriana
