I can find lists of reduviidae species on encyclopedia of life and discover life but not pictures of everything. The closest I can find is zelus luridus, but that doesn't seem to be it. Couldn't find a match on here either.
From the picture it looks like it has a piercing sucking mouthpart, which puts it into Order Hemiptera. Plecoptera have chewing mouthparts. It has flat wings like a stonefly, but it looks like perhaps a Reduviidae or Nabidae.
