Description:

Photo take near home on a jungle path this is a common claiming plant in this area but of all the plant only this leaf has this strange puffy balls on bod sizes never seen this before. the balls are around 6 mm each. I don´t think this are insects.

Your invasive plant sounds like kudzu, but I'm not familiar with it; I've never seen it in person. Your leaf looks fuzzy and I don't think kudzu is fuzzy. I did a search on "kudzu galls" and didn't come up with anything that looks like yours. The mystery continues........

The blog that Diane posted was very interesting! Now I'm dying to know what these puffy balls really are. In the meantime, I'll just wait in anticipation. Patience grasshopper!

Thanks Diane that is a good tip i will do the container thin and see what is is invasive for sure is everywhere and clime to top of the trees i will get more photos tomorrow from the plant thanks again :)

You're welcome Gerardo and Gilma. Gerardo you can try to break one off and see what's inside. Or maybe break one off and put it in a container and see if something hatches. By common claiming plant, do you mean invasive plant?

I have no Idea about the plant is a common claiming plant here and they look like a parasite to me but the strange is that only one leaf from the plant has them and the others no.
