Notes:

Spotted near Canterbury, England, by my dad. It looks like a catkin inflorescence. But I have no idea as to which plant species it belong to. Could somebody help me ID this.

Thanks for sharing J. But it seems that there are about 400 species of Salix, so finding the right species will be tougher. Thank you for introducing a new plant to me. I new about Weeping willow, but didn't know about this relative.
