Baikal Teal or Common Teal in eclipse plumage was my initial thought.
Thanks a lot for the help satyenM... :) it's not garganey and neither it is in list of ducks on orientalbirdimages. For now i've posted it on birdforum...lets see what it is.:)
Not sure but these could be Garganeys. You can check: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garganey or you can try uploading it on www.birdforum.net you just need to register once. They are good with the I.D's.
