What do you think about this: - Superfamily Elateroidea - Sp. Rhagonycha fulva Also known as red soldier beetle. We likely need an entomologist...!
Then it could be a longhorn beetle and would be nice if you could search more on Aegomorphus sp.
Hi Christiane, thanks for the welcome. AshishNimkar, I looked up the (generic) flower beetle but it looks too fat (and green instead of red) to the one I have in my photo. But I'm no insect expert, could you share more about why you think it looks like one? I'd like to learn :)
