Small Nudibranch, +/- 20mm

Habitat:

Sandy bottom, 10 meters deep, lots of dirt.

I'm fairly certain this isn't a Janolus species, but you could also look at http://www.seaslugforum.net/ for a list of species
I was thinking at Janolus sp, but this Mexichromis multituberculata could be it.
Please confirm with other sources, but from what I could find, the large tubercles is what differentiates these from other similar looking nudibranchs. http://www.seaslugforum.net/find/14452
