Spotted in a public garden near my house

This is no Suillus, it is maybe Boletus pulverulentus or a relative or something from former Xerocomus, now in Xerocomellus, Xerocomus, Pseudoboletus. Suillus have slimy caps do not blacken when bruised most of the times are annulate. This here has a felty cap.
