Wildlife Spotting

Hello, I've moved this spotting from the "other" category because a sign of wildlife always belongs in the category of the organism that produced (or is pointed at by) the sign. In general terms, the thing to remember is that "other" is concerned with categories. So if it's not (from) a bird, amphibian, fungus, or one of the PN categories, then in belongs in "other".

Also, that might make this a pet category sighting :-)

I agree with Sarah. They do look like Canine footprints.

These look like they were made by a dog (Canis lupus familiaris) because at the front of each toe (all four) there is a scorch mark, this is where you'll find a non-retracting claw on the paw. Only animals with non-retracting claws will leave track like this, such as a dog. Hope it helps :-)
