Coarse swamp grass. Very sharp.

Most likely a grass of some sort. Crocosmias would be less "droopy" and have more of a fan pattern to the leaves. Daylily would have more "full" appearance with thicker leaves as well. Both plants are not sharp at the edges.
Hmm if it flowers, it could be either orange day lily or crocosmia 'montbretia'......or just plain 'ol swamp grass
