Description:

While this spider was enjoying a meal, her newborn babies were having the first experience in the world (photos #2 and #3). Theridiidae, maybe?

I agree with jlchavari. One more vote for Parasteatoda tepidariorum.
I have spotted a similar species deep in the highlands of Borneo. I will be uploading those spottings soon.
I tend to agree with Sergio for Theridiidae. Although from the other side of the pond, nowadays one is not always sure what has been unwittingly introduced. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/11340005
Nice, great to see all the spiderlings! In North America the only spider that makes an egg sac like that is Parasteatoda tepidariorum. It's a cosmopolitan species, so it's probably in your area too. There may be other possibilities though. http://bugguide.net/node/view/6919
