Probably some kind of "cotton stainer," family Pyrrhocoridae, but I am *not* an expert on neotropical insects.

I checked "all" Hemiptera for this one, but did not find any reasonable match. Specially the "balled" head is a little bit confusing. Might be one of not so commonly found family.
