Description:

Fern with leaves containing serrated edges. Fern was about 15 inches in height.

Habitat:

Moist, shady deciduous forest in the midlands of South Carolina. This one was photographed at the Stevens Creek Heritage Preserve near Clarks Hill (McCormick County), SC.
