This looks to me to be a species of Eupitheciini, pug moths. Though the link I have provided is restricted to North America, the tribe is still the same in Morocco: http://bugguide.net/node/view/14766
It does look like a plume moth; nice spotting!
This looks like it's a plume moth, in the family Pterophoridae, but it would be difficult to identify the genus without a clearer picture.
