Species ID Suggestions

Jungle Babbler

Turdoides striata

Comments (2)

Yellow-billed Babbler is a bird of South India only, the cut-off line being near Bangalore. This spotting is considerably further north and this bird also appears to have dark primaries. Is it love or just tick removal?
I believe Yellow-billed Babblers would be paler on the crown.
