I did consider that the green colouration could be an indication of psilocin (the chemical responsible for blue/green staining in many mushrooms and also some of the psychoactive effects associated with them), however I came to the same conclusion as rat.t - looks more like algae. Next time, slice the stem in half, right through to the base and look for a more distinct bluing reaction. Not that I'd recommend eating any Inocybes as there are so many toxic ones, and some have blue stipes despite containing no psilocin.
It does kinda look like something on the cap, not a color change of the flesh. Inocybes are tough.
thanks for the direction, Maybe 'Inocybe haemacta', then again could it just be algae?
Inocybe, whats up with the green marks on the cap? Could it be one of the green/blue staining species? They typically stain on the stem base though
