Green flower, grows as a bush about 2 metres high

Habitat:

Near forests, on a brink of a meadow

Notes:

I really love this flower. Haven't got the slightest clue of its name, but would really love to find it out!

Dasineura is an insect that causes flower-shaped galls like those pictured on these plants. The plant is probably a willow (Salix) and yes Salix can grow as a bush form.
It does look a lot like Dasineura rosaria-is that a plant that grows as a bush?

I think these "flowers" are actually galls created by an insect (a midge). They are sometimes called "bunch galls" or "rosette galls". Not many photos on the Internet yet.
