I'm surprised she was out and about at this time of year. She should have been cozy in her hive. Bees do eat honey, BTW, especially during the lean winter months. It is simply nectar gathered from the flowers, with most of the water evaporated out of it, with an enzyme added to it. Not to discredit our esteemed PN Ranger, but honey is definitely not bee sperm. That comes only from the drones- the male bees, who mate with the Queen- once in her lifetime (and theirs, as the males die after mating with her). Pollen is fed to the babies, not made into honey.

Nice spotting. It may be trying to hibernate if you are having cold weather. Also, bees eat pollen, to make honey, which is bee sperm, so I'm not sure if honey would help the bee.
