With these kinds of mushrooms I think it would be best to put it through a key if you have a fresh fruitbody and a spore print. People at http://mushroomobserver.org/ might be able to give an idea of the genus so you know better which key to use. Here are some I found that looked kinda similar: Micromphale brassicolens, Micromphale foetidum, Marasmius cohaerens, Mycena polygramma, Mycena galericulata.
