I don't think it's a Shaggy Ink Cap. I'm with Rat.Tumour, I think it's a Leucocoprinus species, but I guess it could also be a Coprinopsis or Coprinellus. Take some more pictures once it matures if you get a chance.
Maybe a white Leucocoprinus species or something similar?
Looks like some young Lawyers wig, aka shaggy ink cap to me. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coprinus_comatus
