Has a pointy tail. It is transparent. Under a microscope it can be seen that the body is segmented and has a few tiny hairs.. It has no fins, but it moves ours body in such a way when it swims that it appears to swim like a fish. It has what looks like two eyes and a pointy beak like nose.

Habitat:

Pond water. Possibly spring fed.

It looks a lot like the images in the link! The odd thing is the pointy beak like nose and the two black "eyes" on each side of the head.
I have not found a matching image so far...Sounds in some ways like an oligochaete worm http://www.microscopy-uk.org.uk/mag/wimsmall/worm.html
