Super thin about 1/2 a centimeter tall, and the head is a very faint yellow .

Yep, as Daniele pointed out this in not a fungus or a slime mold. So if you could remove it from the slime molds mission, that would be great. This are in fact lacewing eggs.
This was right side up do you know what it is called?
Hi young45365! Did you find this oriented this way, or is it upside down? If upside down these could be lacewings eggs hanging on their stalk. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chrysopidae
