Leuba, Yes I do think so, not the same animal, but the same species, one was on my tent and the other on my fern.

Looks similar to your other spotting http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/17306742 - the same species, do you think ? both seem to have a reddish bald spot on thorax and some yellow in the abdomen. An attractive moth - I do hope you get an ID, for this. I love pic #1...
