Description:

It was a sunny day...when i saw him, i felt its a common lizard..But then i observed orange mark near his throat....I followed him...He went inside the rock...Take a look at him hiding under the rocks!

Oriental garden lizard? It is an insectivore and the male gets a bright red throat in the breeding season leading to a common incorrect name of "Bloodsucker".
Hello. I don't think this looks like Psammophilus dorsalis which additionally occurs on the east side of India http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Psammophilus_dorsalis_distribution.png

@Chief : South indian Agama has complete orange throat..But this has only little color in throat...I was unable to find matching link..Can u give me the link pls?
