Yes it is a nymph of Pentatomoidea, probably a Pentatomidae. You might look for adults nearby or check references for Kalamansi as host plant. But Pentatomidae or often polyphageous.
I am guessing it is a stink bug nymph (juvenile) of some kind...but wait till an expert comes around to help you.
