Might be, my guess was primarely based on this shape: http://www.lapshin.org/cultivar/N42/Mizrahi/Cactoblastis-cactorum2.jpg Cactoblastis cactorum, a Pyralidae.

i doubt Pyralidae, perhaps superfamily Gelechioidea. judging by the recurved labial palps on the front of the head.
