Field Notes

Description:

Cream colored cap with white stalk. Brown bumps on top of cap. Growing in a cluster on the side of a log.

Habitat:

Georgia Piedmont, deciduous forest.

Notes:

Found in Indian Springs State Park on the Overland Nature Trail, after heavy rains. Ground and surrounding foliage very wet.
