Ok folks, Geometridae is definitely OK, but what about Biston sp.? Biston abruptaria? Quite a variable genus!
Geometridae, Ennominae, Biston sp. and looks similar to Biston abruptaria. http://www.papillon-poitou-charentes.org/Ennominae-a-determiner-Espece-2.html Need verifying!! These Geometridae are sometimes a real nightmare!
The family Geomtridae was my first thought also
