I would say dog as well.

On the top right of this spotting, click "edit this spotting" (to the right of the Common Name field). On the right hand side of the page under where you chose the location and date, there is a dropdown menu to add your spottings to missions you have joined. You have to join missions first, then they will appear on that menu.

From what I can see of the dentition, I'm leaning towards a canine. Those back molars seem quite worn, so it may be an old dog crawled under there to die. I looked into raccoon, but the general shape didn't quite work for me. Not good at my frogs, sorry!
