Rhabdophis is the only genus of snakes that has been shown to be poisonous. They secrete toxins from the back of their neck just like a toad would, so if you lick it or eat it, it harms you. Then also mildly venomous if they bite you. Super neat snakes!

I am pretty sure this is the tiger keelback (Rhabdophis tigrinus), https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhabdophis_tigrinus Tough to say for sure since we can't see much of the body. But if it is this species, it's one of the few snakes on the planet that is truly poisonous. They are mildly venomous too. Neat group of snakes!
