A close match is Dwarf Bottlebrush, Callistemon viminalis 'Little John' http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/72400/

While the bloom on this spotting is similar, Calliandra haematocephala is in the family Leguminosae (legume, pea, or bean). The leaves of this spotting are in a whorled pattern, not alternate and pinnate as they should be. Not sure what this plant is, but I will try to find the correct ID :)
