Description:

Is this a moth? Its antennae are narrow, black and furry--not feathered; furry green thorax with black stripes and dots; abdomen is black with yellow; abdomen is broad at the end--does not come to a point

Habitat:

I saw it at local bird park that has a pollinator garden and marshy ponds.

I think it may be a hummingbird moth. Not sure of the species.... still hunting.
The wings look more like a wasp's or bee's wings
