all wrong it is Otocryptis nigristigma. It is distributed in the drier parts of Sri Lanka and was named 11 years ago.

Ashish it does looks like female Fan-throated lizard. but my suggestion was based on the location, according to my guide book Fan-throated lizard restricted to arid parts in north. north west and southern parts of the island so i doubt it's presence in a rain forest. but i may be wrong!
