Field Notes

Description:

It is a male, has ~ 14cm in diameter with stretched legs, is very docile and, of course, according to what I have informed so far, it is a Lasiodora species. Very interesting the light pink spots (similar to the lack of pignmentation in some areas) that it has in its legs and thorax.

Habitat:

Brazilian Atlantic Forest, Minas Gerais. This specimen was found in the urban area, but close to a fragment of forest. By self experience I know that they prefer to inhabit dense woods.

Notes:

I'm sorry for the pictures, made with the cell phone. No equipment, my nature photographer stage was paused. :) It was about to be crushed by my neighbor, so I decided to save it and keep it in a vivarium for a while, at least until I can identify it more accurately.
Thank you all for any help!
